Our focus is first and foremost to look after you as our Trainee and or Apprentice. Our team is dedicated to providing you with support you need to build you as you work through your qualification and career or career change.

We are licensed in both NSW and WA, working across many industries including but not limited to Civil, Electrical, Plant Ops, Drafting, ICT, Rail, Business Admin as just some of the areas we support.

An apprenticeship or Traineeship offer excellent foundation for a long and successful career.

As an apprentice/trainee you will:

• Gain valuable work experience under the supervision of a qualified and experienced supervisor assigned to you by your host employer.
• Obtain a nationally recognised qualification at no cost to you.
• Acquire transferable skills for your future career.

Our dedicated Field officers and mentors will provide you with ongoing support from commencement to successful completion of your apprenticeship/traineeship term ensuring that we are with every step of the way to help you kickstart and excel in your dream career!

NexGen Pathways supports Employment Partners with the following

• Specialised recruitment services.
• Aptitude testing and pre-screening interviews for all candidates.
• Pre-employment medical assessments.
• High completion rates.
• One point of contact regarding all you apprentices/trainees
• Source, Interview, screen and provide you with suitable candidates specific to your business requirements
• We are their legal employer & handle all government paperwork for the entirety of the placement
• Manage all training requirements and ensuring the apprentice or trainee is learning the right skills for your business
• Assign a dedicated Account Manager who is always on hand to provide you with support, information and advice
• Pay Rate for the apprentices/trainees & all statutory charges including Superannuation / Workers Compensation
• TAFE/RTO tuition fees (where applicable)
• Mentoring & Pastoral Support Administration Fees
• All apprentices & trainees are provided with PPE & safety equipment
