The REvive program aims to break the cycle of recidivism by offering tailored Indigenous employment and training programs during their final months of incarceration and post their release. NextGen Pathways in collaboration with our partners works towards providing our candidates with comprehensive training pathways that lead to full-time employment, ensuring stable employment outcomes post-release.
